چکیده
This paper studies the temperature field, dynamic strain, and forming accuracy of oscillate-WAAM conical shell in process manufactures WAAM part. The results show that compared with offset filling WAAM, shows following characteristics: difference value between inner outer walls is significantly reduced, cooling rate doubled decreased, interlayer above 300 °C, average gradient, strain stability value, deformation are reduced by about 50%. Under same parameters, travel speed low, which increased heat input large high. Meanwhile, molten pool consistent width shell. pool’s simultaneous solidifying changes stress state printed from three-dimensional to two-dimensional. All conductive release reduce components. bimetallic rocket motor composed HS600 HS950 manufactured oscillate-WAAM. section roundness 0.31 mm, overall ± 0.625 mm. deposited metal part pearlite pro-eutectoid ferrite, while pearlite, acicular bainite. mechanical properties formed meet requirements.

This paper is to evaluate spatially distributed microscopic control characteristics of distributed actuator patches bonded on conical shell surfaces. The converse effect of piezoelectric materials has been recognized as on...
متن کاملFabricating Superior NiAl Bronze Components through Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing
Cast nickel aluminum bronze (NAB) alloy is widely used for large engineering components in marine applications due to its excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Casting porosity, as well as coarse microstructure, however, are accompanied by a decrease in mechanical properties of cast NAB components. Although heat treatment, friction stir processing, and fusion welding were im...
متن کاملWire Arc Additive Manufacturing of AZ31 Magnesium Alloy: Grain Refinement by Adjusting Pulse Frequency
Wire arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) offers a potential approach to fabricate large-scale magnesium alloy components with low cost and high efficiency, although this topic is yet to be reported in literature. In this study, WAAM is preliminarily applied to fabricate AZ31 magnesium. Fully dense AZ31 magnesium alloy components are successfully obtained. Meanwhile, to refine grains and obtain go...
متن کاملOne Dimensional Internal Ballistics Simulation of Solid Rocket Motor
An internal ballistics model has been developed for performance prediction of a solid propellant rocket motor. In this model a 1-D unsteady Euler equation with source terms is considered. The flow is assumed as a non-reacting mixture of perfect gases with space and time varying thermo physical properties. The governing equations in the combustion chamber are solved numerically by using the Steg...
متن کاملBimetallic Janus nanostructures via programmed shell growth.
We report the synthesis of compositionally asymmetric, core-Janus shell plasmonic nanostructures comprised of Au and Ag. Kinetic control was employed to achieve asymmetric shell growth on Au nanoparticles acting as cores. Subsequent differential surface functionalization of these nanostructures enabled programmed shell growth resulting in core-Janus shell nanostructures. UV/vis extinction spect...
